Collected short poetical pieces by Marvin X, written between 1969 and 1972. He assures the reader in his introduction that he is not pushing for the women's liberation movement ("Women will be liberated when men are liberated" (p. i)).

Minneapolis: Northern Sun Merchandising, N.d. [after 1979]. Poster. Offset lithograph; 22.5" x 15", printed in black on bright yellow poster stock. Fine. Attractive wall poster, featuring a three-quarter profile view of Malcolm X, rendered to appear screen-printed, with quote taken from Malcolm's January, 1965 appearance on the Canadian talk program "The Pierre Berton Show." The poster is undated; Northern Sun Merchandising, a Minneapolis-based manufacturer and retailer of politically-themed gifts and graphics, was founded in 1979 and we would date this poster to the mid-80s to the mid-90s.

Very Good or Better. Sister M. Xaviera takes an intimately biographical look at Mother Mary Clotilda, Superior of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (a Catholic religious institute) from 1869-79 and 1885-94. Also included are stories of her closest contemporaries, including Sister Mary Birgid Smith.
