With english notes, critical and explanatory, a map arranged according to the latest and best authorities, and a plan of the Battle of Cunaxa. Xenophon's text in ancient Greek. Xenophon's history of the Greek alliance between ten thousand hoplites and Cyrus, the younger son of Darius II who aimed to usurp the throne from his brother, Artaxerxes II.
