Solid text block, lightly bumped corners, a near fine example. In the publisher's dust jacket, 63s net retail price on front flap, faint shelf wear, a near fine example. Inscribed on the title page: "with deep appreciation and warm friendship. M. Dayan. 12.9.69." Additional inscription and signature by Dayan in Hebrew. Moshe Dayan served as the Israeli Defense Minister during the Six-Day War (1967), emerging on the world stage as the face of Israeli resistance to Arab forces in the Middle East.
