Faber & Faber London Auden has signed this in what looks like very dark blue ink on the yellow cover paper of this Ariel booklet but it has not been authenticated, hence the price. The poem is printed on three of the pages, and Edward Bawden has illustrated the title page and the poem itself. One of the illustrations is a splendid colour lithograph(?) which occupies one whole page. There is also another drawing, a small tail piece. I assume these Ariel poems were fairly limited in the production run, and I have no idea whether they were reprinted, but that is by the by; this is a first printing.. Limited Edition.. Soft cover.
