Modern Language Notes, January, 1948. A 4-page offprint, on two leaves, stapled. Twice folded, very good condition. This short piece on Shakespeare's songs from Love's Labour's Lost appeared in Modern Language Notes, January, 1948, pages 35 - 38. This is evidently an offprint prepared for the author, as the first and last pages contain only the text of his piece, not any of the other text as it appeared in the periodical.
