Unclipped DJ has a small mark upper front from removal of sticker, general wear to edges and several small closed tears. A couple of tears (one 6cm) have been neatly repaired. Ref:093342. Blue covers with gilt lettering to spine, 110pp. Page edges dusty and a little discoloured, mild foxing throughout but particularly to prelims, spine sunned and lettering worn. Rubbing to extremities and discoloured mark at hinge/head of pp54-55 where small newspaper marker has been left. But overall a very solid copy with no DJ. Ref:093965. Second Impression. Cloth. B/w frontispiece and other illustrations, 332pp plus 2p of adverts. Spine mildly faded and a couple of small marks on covers. Head and foot of spine rubbed with 0.5cm closed tear at head. Covers have modest wear, moreso to bumped head and foot of spine, which is slightly faded, although the gilt is fairly bright. Page edges dusty and foxed.
