One of Rockwell Kent's early efforts, with a gilt design of a dove by him on the cover. On the whole, a stunning collaboration of design, typography, papermaking, and binding which provides permanence to Pushkin's classic, memorably translated by Max Eastman, the editor of The Masses. Extremely scarce.
