Bound in printed wrappers, 10" x 8" The programme for all three units is printed as the centerspread. Laid into this copy is a handwritten (pencil) set list of 19 tunes. The final one, "Swing in the Blues," calls for guitar, bass, drums and trumpet. Hymphrey Lyttelton's aggregation was the only one listing a guitar man, so we conclude that this set list was compiled by Humphrey or one of his men.

In the original pictorial covers, 12" x 9" Johnnie & Jack were an American country music duo composed of Johnnie Wright (1914-2011) and Jack Anglin (1916-1963). Between 1951 and 1962, the duo released several singles on the RCA Victor Records label, including their version of "Goodnite, Sweetheart, Goodnite" which peaked at No. 4 on the Best Seller charts,[1] and the No. 1 "(Oh Baby Mine) I Get So Lonely".
