The book is housed in its equally smart dust jacket, which is in beautiful condition with just a touch of bumping and the price clipped off, but otherwise fine.

There is some rubbing to the boards and wear to the spine and edges, but overall the binding is in reasonably smart condition. Inside, it has mottled endpapers and page edges. The title page is darkened and the book is then missing the contesnts, preface and first 6 pages. After this, all pages are secure and tightly bound Page 7 has torn down the spine side, but otherwise the pages are generally clean with some signs of ageing - toning, spotting and darkening in places. Overall, other than the missing pages this book is in Good condition and would sit well on any shelf.
