A brass hinged locket containing a leporello or concertina fold series of eight photos and a title page simply stating "La Vie de Jeanne d'Arc". The binding is of embossed brass with a clasp and a ring at the top for attaching as a locket. The cover features a raised image of Joan of Arc with fleur-de-lis cornerpieces, the rear cover with dates at the top and central lily and a crowned sword flanked by fleurs-de-lis.
