Hand-sewn binding with gold gilded lettering on the front cover and outside spine. 37 page preface on "A Catholic View of American History and Culture" by Father Donald J. Sanborn. Although this is a secular book, Father Sanborn's preface instructs one on how to teach this portion of history from a Catholic perspective. This textbook was chosen because it is void of "opinions" and deals squarely with historical facts. Ideally suited for middle to high school students.

It is from The Language Arts Program from the Scott, Foresman and Company. I checked all 80 pages and it is in Near Mint condition. No marks or writing or even any sign of use. The covers are very nice with minor edge wear with a crease in the upper right hand corner of the front cover. Again, this looks great! A very nice and hard to find item!
