A fair copy of this scarce Manhattan phone directory. Front cover shows some abuse. Interior pages has some age-toning on the edges. But overall a solid copy especially within the interior pages.

About very good in the scarce dust jacket with two sections ( top spine & lower edge ) missing. There is flaw of folded tip pages in one signature. According to wikipedia, in 1956 US Federal agents destroyed (burned) 6 tons of Reich's journals and books ( including this title ) in New York City. Scarce.

Very good light wear to edges. The author's second book Her biographer termed her style of writing as "Female Gothic". She dedicated this volume to Mark Twain.

About fine copy of the limited ( 75 numbered & 26 signed ) hardcover edition. This copy is one that is designated as "Presentation". Slightest bit of sunning to spine and just a bit of rubbing to the bottom of the spine edge. Issued without dust jacket.
