The University of Michigan has both issues; the only other holding we find in OCLC is a microfilm of number 2 alone. News from the NY branch of the Party ("The financial center of US imperialism"). Includes a two-page article on the Panther 21 (the Party's presidential candidate in 1968 had been Eldridge Cleaver). The first issue is devoted to lessons learned since the PFP's relatively quick and tumultuous formation. Articles discuss various fronts of organizing efforts - in labor unions, on campuses, etc.
