Donohue, 1932 Copyright date is 1932 but this later with 13 titles including itself in rear list. Cover with a touch of wear at the front tips, jacket with small chips at extremities. Interior free of marks of any kind, no previous owner's name, etc. Quite attractive copy.

Rand Mcnally, 1884 Accompanied by a New and Original Compilation and Ready Reference Index Showing in Detail the Entire Railroad System. Bound in light purple stiff wraps, 34 pp index and 2 pp ads, plus ads inside front cover with folding railroad map in color. Dated by an ad in front for a "new" atlas for 1884 with "new and special features". Map itself is in fine condition.

1889 Nice copy with 192 pages plus ads, many colored maps including city, state and national maps. Front gilt decorations are darkened but still quite legible. There is some paint spray on the foredge of the front, both hinges are cracked, maps and pages are quite bright and free of dirt, tears [except for a few small marginal tears] or creases.

University of North Carolina Press, 1944 This is a clean, bright and tight copy signed by the author on the title page.

London: Seeley Service & Co. Bound in black cloth with red decorations, 159 pp., 11 color illustrations. There are two color clippings of German uniforms laid in and some offsetting on the front endpaper, covers rubbed. A good clean copy.

New York: Cornish, Lamport & Co., 1852 Bound in brown blind stamped cloth, 238 pp., bright gilt spine titles.This ia a first edition, pirated, preceding the first British edition by four years, the first authorized American edition by five. This copy with chipped spine extremities, shelf wear, spotting to front cover, and the first twelve and last five leaves of text foxed. Quite bright and clean. A good to very good copy.

Lafayette, 1860 Early Indiana history as recalled by an old settler in 1860, with the history starting back in 1824. This book is bound in blind stamped black cloth with bright gilt lettering, worn, barely legible paper label on spine. Pencil note in front states this book was found in the attic at Fairacre [book came from the estate of Claude Wickard's [Secretary of Agriculture under FDR] daughter. Book has a dampstain and the front gutter is cracked but still holding well. A fascinating read in early Indiana history.

London: Oxford University Press, 1947 Volume 2 of the four volume set, this covering Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire andHuntingdonshire, Northamptonshire and Rutlandshire, Norfolk and Yorkshire. This was a project of The Pilgrim Trust to preserve a pictorial record of Britain's changing face. A bright clean copy, with jacket having a darkened spine and chips at the spine and fold extremities.

Book Supply Co. , 1919 Very Good/Very Good. First Edition. Nice copy in bright dust jacket. Jacket has edgewear on top, one nick on the bottom three on the spine and several small closed tears on the top of the back.

William Blackwood & Sons, 1857 This is a beautiful two volume set bound in full polished calf with gilt double borders. There are five raised bands with four dancing lions, brown and black leather spine labels. There is a scratch [not penetrating the leather] and the lower tips are darkened on volume 2. The endpapers have the slightest bit of foxing. Each volume with the book plate of Lawrence A Waldron in front, Marino Killiney in back. Waldron [12 Nov 1858-27 Dec 1923] was an M P representing the Irish Parliamentary Party and Marino Killiney was his home.
