"Nonsense, yes," states Hynd in his Preface, "but how many will accept the very assertion once it has been made?" Fake news of the 1960s! According to Hynd, "The ordinary public can hardly be expected to be cognizant of the provisions of the Brussels Treaty, of W.E.U. or of the N.A.T.O. Alliance.
