Note: Kingsley suppressed the 'L'Envoi' leaf after the first 200 copies were printed. Provenance: Emily C. Beauchamp - name inscribed to initial blank.

This copy one of the few survivors in the original cloth, the first issue having been withdrawn by Kingsley with only several hundred copies being published as such. Later issues were without the Envoi poem.
