Green cloth, lettered in gilt to front cover. 60pp, 13 x 10cm, designed to be portable in the field. With b&w photo frontispiece, and at the back are 2 fold-out panoramic sketches of the views from thee summit of Craig y Llan. Detailed text on routes and some advice on walking in the mountains. A Very Good copy. Clean bright covers, pages also clean and well-bound, the title page of the fold-out maps at back seems to have been glued to the back of the next page rather crudely (the map faces all visible).

With colour prints (woodblock?) by Diane Griffiths to eleven poems by Alan Peacock, some set on the Cornish coast. Fine.

Grey paper covered boards with cream cloth spine, gilt title on spine panel. 299pp. Hand-cut fore edges. Introduction by Grant Richards, the publisher. Good+. Covers are clean with rubbed, abraded corners (boards have been covered in clear loose cellophane). Binding is sound with split to back hinge. Pages are clean with foxed edges and occasional foxing to margins, some foxing to ends; endpapers are very browned, nicks to flyleaf edge. .Pictures available.

Malvern College full leather prize binding, c.1880, by Zaernsdore, with gilt title on black panel and extensive gilt decorations to spine, gilt crest to front, and gilt border lines; marbled page edges and endpapers. 456pp, octavo. With 9 engravings in plates including portraits of each of the subjects, as well as engravings in text and engraved initials. Covers bright, with some rubbing to leather, small mark to back. Binding tight. Pages generally clean, a few finger marks to margins. School prize label in Latin pasted inside front cover. Very Good.

Very Good in Good protected jacket; lightly rubbed spine ends, jacket has light handling grime, creased and rubbed to edges with small loss top back, price-clipped.

No dustjacket . xiv, 220pp. With 78 b&w photos in plates. Mostly concerns birds and other wildlife (as well as local people) in Scotland, including the Cairngorms and the Hebrides, as to be expected with this famous Highland naturalist, but also includes Northumberland and the Pyrenees. This is one of Seton Gordon's scarcer titles.This copy has 1927 owner's details on second blank flyleaf, as well as 2 press cuttings loosely enclosed, one an obituary of the author. A Very Good copy. Clean, bright covers, with the spine cloth sunned (though gilt bright). Pages have foxing in various places, mostly light or to margins, and to closed edges.

With a short introduction, then alphabetical details of each of the soldiers buried there: mostly Canadians and many from the battle of Vimy Ridge. The cemetery lies seven miles from Arras. This is France 81 of the War Graves Commission publications. One of the entries has been neatly outlined in red ink by a previous owner. Good condition. Wrappers have some creasing, rubbing and browning. The pages are very good. Pictures available.
