Signed presentation from Crowe on the half-title page: "With love to Peggy Kent- my new old friend- Cecily Crowe Bentley". A scarce book with many copies of the first edition apparently bought up by libraries. Near fine; small chip lower spine, clean slit across entire front panel (probably done with a razor when opening the box of books but now with neat interior repairs with archival tape) d/j. $350.00.
