New York: Simon and Schuster, 1929. Cloth. Very Good. INSCRIBED BY ROBERT RIPLEY on the front free endpaper. A solid copy to boot of the August 1929 9th printing, consisting of 5,000 copies. Tight and VG in its dark-green cloth, with bright red-titling along the front panel and spine. Very light dusting at the panels, just a bit of wear to the tips. Octavo, dozens and dozens of lurid, hand-drawn illustrations throughout.
