Includes advice for the use of leftovers within each section. Fine in publisher's decorated paper over mustard-colored cloth. Unclipped dust jacket with a few small stains, but otherwise fine. Inscribed by the author on the half-title in the year of publication, "October 1963, For Dorothy Crooks - Cordially - Elsie Masterton".
