About This Item
New York: Arbor House, 1983. Cloth. Very Good/Very Good +. INSCRIBED BY DICK CAVETT on the front free endpaper. A solid copy to boot of the 1983 1st edition. Tight and VG (very light staining along the spine crown and, inconspicuously, to the inside of the dustjacket) in a crisp, price-intact, VG+ dustjacket, with one small closed tear and one tiny chip along the front panel's edges. Octavo, crisp black-and-white photos supplementing the text.
