Publisher's original black faux leather boards with gilt title to the spine and upper board. With a black and white frontispiece portrait. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the extremities very lightly rubbed, the contents, with some light spotting and toning at the closed text block edge, are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Inscribed by E. J. Gold in blue ink on the limitation page "To Donald / We must begin to / act, not always knowing / quite how to begin - / E. J. Gold / 10 Aug '86". Issued in a limited edition of only 150 copies, this example is numbered 55. Gold writes and teaches on various forms of esoteric spirituality including transformational psychology and the human potential movement. 'Life in the Labyrinth' details methods that may be used to explore 'higher dimensions', namely shamanism. Further details and images for any of the items listed are available on request.
