SARAH DOIG is chair of Quatrefoil, a group of local historians who research and write books about Suffolk. She also writes regular local history articles for magazines. Sarah has a postgraduate degree in librarianship and information studies, and is an independent historical and family researcher as well as a professional musician. She is the author of The A-Z of Curious Suffolk for The History Press, and lives in Rickinghall, Suffolk.
