New York: A. L. Burt Company Copyright is 1923. 222 pages, plus ads. Moisture stain affecting upper edge of dust jacket and cloth of the bottom cover. Cloth covers show a little discoloration in top gutter, though cover illustrations remains good. Dust jacket shows scattered edge wear, and there are two one inch closed tears from upper edge over top cover with old tape repairs. Despite the tears, lettering remains clear. Text and dust jacket art remain good. Jacket is generally clean, and is no in a clear Brodart protective sleeve.. First Edition. Cloth - Hard Cover. Good/Good.
