George G.Harrap & Co.Ltd, 1935. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1935. First Edition. 254 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth with decorations. Black and white illustrations throughout with colour plate to centre of book. Slight cracking to gutters and hinges with exposed netting, colour plate detached but still present. Front board is loose. Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscriptions to front pastedown and endpaper. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing to spine ends. Splits to spine ends causing cloth to be frayed. Wear marks overall.
