Macmillan, 1888. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1888. No Edition Remarks. 317 pages. No dust jacket. Decorated blue cloth covered boards with gilt. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Minor pencil marking to half title page. Some occasional moderate cracking to gutters throughout however binding remains reasonably firm. Hinges are cracked with exposed binding materials. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Book has a pronounced forward lean. Spine ends are fraying with loss to cloth. Hinges have cloth holes. Moderate tanning to spine. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains.
