Inscribed by Erich Topp to a friend. , Topp was a captain who rose to commander of several crew and ships and on to Admiral. Text in German. Photographs, maps, details on crews. One of the best books on the subject from World War II. A very good copy bound in blue cloth pictorially stamped in gilt depicting a snorting bull, spine lettering gilt, in the elusive dust jacket which is chipped, rubbed and edge worn.
