Signed, dated (17th March 2005), first-lined (Schlaak, the pickaxe hit the wall of earth) and doodled by Gordon and Williams on the half title page (the doodle is on the dedication page). Includes bookmark and postcard, both double signed. The middle section of the book has a number of illustrations on glossy paper/No DJ as issued.

First printing. Book has a tiny bit of rubbing to edges and corners and very light foxing to page edges, barely noticeable. Unclipped DJ has light creasing to edges. Signed to a previous owner by Hill on the title page.
