New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1943 Illustrated boards bound with red spiral, a few creases near gutter, book plate on front endpaper; matching pictorial dust jacket is worn with edge tears, and a few small losses in spine and corners. Three fairy tales illustrated with 6 full-color moveable pages, all moveables fine. Difficult to find Wehr title.. First Edition. Very Good/Good. Illus. by Julian Wehr. 4to.

New York: Animated Book Co, 1943 Illustrated boards with red plastic comb binding, minor rubbing to corners and spine tips, minor marginal soil to two pages and one non-moveable page bound in upside-down (publisher flaw?). A colorful and fun Mother Goose with 8 pages of pull-tab transformations all in fine working order. Really beautiful condition.. First Edition. Very Good +/No Jacket. 4to.

New York: Blue Ribbon Books (1934). Illustrated boards, slight rubbing to extremities, marginal closed tear on one page, small tear in bear's shoulder of last pop-up. Includes three full color pop-ups. Goldilocks eating the porridge, the Three Bears finding Goldilocks eating the porridge and Papa Bear chasing Goldilocks away.. Very Good. Square 8vo..

3 spring ups detached but still there - a couple pieces of tape used. Last one top layer of paper off on illustration of curtain and wallpaper. Book has seperated from spine and is taped together. Rubbed corner/hardcover. Small amount of crayon marks on top of cover. I have more..............

Inside VG- first spring up has a crease. Some of the hardcover spine has peeled off and is taped. Has edge and corner wear plus a little nick in the cover.

London: Folding Books [1951]. Illustrated boards with red cloth spine, cloth ties intact with frayed ends and one knotted together, edges and folds rubbed, tape repair to last fold, bookplate affixed to rear cover, all pop-up scenes are fine.. Includes six three-dimensional scenes from Little Red Riding Hood with accompanying text below each one. . Good to Very Good. 8vo.

London: Ernest Nister/ E.P. Dutton New York Printed in Bavaria No. 853, 1897 approx.. Hardcover. Good. Doublepage pop-up scenes (5) full of children - blind man's buff, boating, bicycling, farmyard etc.. Folio cloth spine pictorial boards (spine worn to head & foot/covers edge worn) 31pp. Titlepage torn without loss but with old cellotape marks, gutters of 3 leaves reinforced with newer linen tape, a few edge tears never touching printed or pop-up areas but 3 with old tape removal marks (less than 1" into margin). The pop-ups are all complete and in working order with only part of one stag's horn in facsimile. One pony's tail re-attached from the back & a few wrong folds strengthened on back (invisibly). All sorts of fragile pieces such as duck heads, ribbons flying, fingers etc are all intact. The text page edges have fared less well with some edge fingering and some edge chips but never affecting any print. New York: Blue Ribbon Press. Very Good+. 1934. Hardcover. 23.5 x 20 cm. Illustrated paper over boards. Light corner and edge wear. Minor soiling and a bit of foxing to covers. A couple of small scratch marks on the back cover. Small bookseller's label on front pastedown endpaper. All three pop-ups working and unrepaired. Soil or fingering marks to margins of a few of the pages, but generally still bright and clean. Could not have passed through too many children's hands. Three colour pop-ups and black and white in-text illustrations. .

United Art Publishing, 1916. Hardcover. Used- Good condition. Book shows shelf wear. Scuffing along the edges and corners of book. Tear on the left middle side (next to the spine). Blotches of slightly darkened stains on the back cover. Writing on the front end-paper. Tear on the top and bottom of the end-paper up against the binding. All pages are intact. No further markings on the inside of the book. The envelope that originally held the stamps is no longer in the book. All 72 stamps are affixed to the corresponding spaces. Folding Books Ltd. Very Good; Boards modestly worn and splayed, owner name and April 1962 date inked on rear cover. A pop-up book with six scenes from the Puss in Boots fairy tale. Illustrated in color by Kathleen Hale, famous for her Orlando the Marmalade Cat children's series. The pop-ups are all vibrant, clean, and in good working order. They open up into a decorative "carousel" which can be tied by the blue ribbons bound into the illustrated paper-covered boards. 16mo 6" - 7" tall .

Westminster London: Bancroft & Co, 1960. Hardcover. VG-. Vojtech Kubasta. Circus pop-up book illustrated by Vojtech Kubasta, no date but circa 1960. 4to, stiff front illustrated cardboard, stiffer rear board opens up to the pop-up, story inside "Tony and the Circus Boy" has 8 pages and 2 b/w text illustrations. Condition: VERY GOOD - : light rubbing all around, spine tail has a ¼" chip with a 1"tear, crease along bottom edge of front cover, rubbing along interior spine, old sticker residue on front cover; the lovely pop-up is in very nice condition.

Brand new in unopened shipping box wrapped in clear storage bag. Extremely rare.

Folding Books ltd, London, in association with Country Life. 1947. FIRST EDITION. (5.4 X 4.8 Inches). Folds out showing four scenes, spring, summer, autumn, winter. Each scene with 3 separate layered illustrations, behind a pink front panel with text in a white panel along the bottom of the pages. The whole opening out to a beautifully illustrated square of country scenes, featuring Orlando and her friend Grace. Pink silk ties, the lower missing half of the length. Outer boards with colour illustration to front and publishers advert on rear. Patterned cloth spine. The boards are a little rubbed and knocked to edges but overall a very good, complete copy of this scarce Orlando title with all of the illustrations in bright and fine condition.
