Posed in question form, the topics addressed include seamanship and boat handling, navigation and electronics, engines, fuel systems and general maintenance, as well as safety, fit-out and lay-up and tips on boat buying. In this volume, "Soundings" editor, William Sisson, is joined by such notables as cruising author Tom Neale, admiralty lawyer and naval reserve commander John P. Love, retired Coast Guard captain, boating instructor and author Bill Brogdon, U.S. Naval Academy navigation instructor Steve D'Antonio and Coast Guard licensed master and ABYC electronics technician Frank Kehr, among others. This was issued and sold to subscribers as a supplement to "Soundings: The Nations Boating Newspaper". Item now in archival sleeve to preserve and protect condition.
