New York, NY: The Author, 1901. Limited/Numbered/Signed . Hardcover. Poor/No Jacket. Edwin J. Meeker. Hardcover in burgundy cloth with titles and decorations in black and white. Privately published. Engraved and printed by the Nyvall Press in New York City. Limited to 500 copies, signed by the author on the limitations page, of which this is number 477. Not to be confused with the Fenno trade edition published the same year. 144 epigrams, each with a Meeker illustration, printed on the rectos only. This copy lacks somewhat more than half of the spine. (see picture) Front hinge cracked open to the mull. Otherwise light edgewear, mostly at the corners. Internally clean and unmarked.
