Large format hardcover with dust jacket; pp. 360, 12+ x 9+ x 1.25 inches, maroon boards with attractive gold on black label design on upper board, gold lettering & piano image on black for spine design, photographs on every page after the introduction, including coloured centrefold and on front and rear of jacket. The book is in a Very Good condition in a Very Good jacket - bump on upper board corner affecting a few pages of text, dj has minimal edge wear and small crease on lower front corner. This is a very handsome production, benefiting from detailed research.
