Cambridge, MA: Harvvard University, 1937. Book. VG+. Cloth. First Edition. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Blue cloth with HMS gilt emblem to front and gilt tiles to spine. This copy is VG+. Exterior is rich and clean. Gilt is bright. Minimal rubbing at spine ends. Inside has pictorial EPs. PO sognature on FEP ( Joseph Hyde Pratt, Jr.) , so of Joseph Hyde Pratt, noted North Carolina geologist, conservationist, educator, and prolific author who was Colonel of the 1st Battallion, 105th Engineers in WWI and was awarded the DSM. Otherwise, unmarked, firmly bound, and with scattered foxing and minimal, even toning. This edition "Limited to 325 copies, this is copy munber 145.".
