NY: DUTTON. 1938. Very Good. 1938. First Edition. A very good+ copy in a worn priceclipped dj. (Faint damping & discoloration at crest of spine. Small skinned spot at edge of rear cover. Red top edge lightly faded. Dj. has several interior tape mends, and is chipped along the upper edge of the rear panel of the dj. Top inch of spine on the dj. is chipped, alongwith more shallow chipping at the base. Chipping also at head of front cover of dj. Numerous tears & traces of shelfwear to dj.) Powell's most elusive book. .
