Includes two copies of a prospectus detailing the contents of the book, its price and address of the publisher, both signed in black ink thus: "Cliff." Signatures unconditionally guaranteed to pass any COA examination. Densely illustrated with historic photos. Tight, otherwise unmarked copy with minimal shelf wear. Scarce. 264 pp. 10" x 7".
