Arco Publishing Company, Inc, New York, 1967. First Edition. Softcover. Fair Condition. Illustrator: Photographic and Illustrations. introduction by authors and data tables. The text is illustrated with both black and white photographs and illustrations, some of the illustrations are cutaways. Illustrated card cover with green and white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. The title says it all – each tank is given when it was in use, a brief line of its use and technical dart. The tanks commence with Little Willie from the British in 1915 and finish with the American Sheridan tank of 1965. The book shows age and use. Creasing to the book corners with reading creases to the backstrip. Heavy rubbing of the book panels and edges and there is chipping to the spine gutter edges. Browning with scattered foxing to the textblock edges. Some handling marks to the pages which also show age toning. Previous owner's details to the top edge of the title page.
