About This Item
Synopsis
Abarat is a fantasy novel both written and illustrated by Clive Barker aimed primarily at young adults. The title refers to the land of the Abarat, which is where the majority of the story so far is set. There will be a total of four sequels to Abarat: ', Absolute Midnight, The Dynasty of Dreamers and the tentatively titled The Eternal, making it a five part series. He believes this necessary to introduce all of the plot elements needed for a climactic ending.
