Designed by Adriano Pedrosa and Luisa Duarte, with the aid of ten other curators, ABC Contemporar Brazilean Art offers, in the words of Pedrosa, "a panorama polyphonic, incomplete, fragmented; built from the work of 86 artists born between 1960 and 1985, in Brazil and abroad ", i.e. foreign artists that refer to the country in his works. Each of the artists was interviewed by an art critic, and editing of conversations are fully illustrated by works cited and commented on by them. The book brings a debate among the twelve curators responsible for the ABC, in which present the scenario of contemporary Brazilian art current and reflect on the process of construction of this book.
