London: Rupert Hart-Davis, 1955. xi, 372 pp. 22 x 15.5 cm. Green cloth covered boards with gilt titling to spine, in a pictorial dustjacket with 25 s. price on inside flap; top edge stained blue. Faint sunning to spine of jacket, with rubbing to all panels. Some small nicks at head of spine of jacket, which the previous owner has covered with transparent tape. Dustjacket is now protected in a mylar cover. Very light bumps to spine ends and corners. Some spotting or speckled dust soil to top edge of text block. Some light discoloration along hinges of endpapers. Interior clean and unmarked. Binding firm. . Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
