London: T. Nelson and Sons, 1901. Octavo, decorated blue cloth stamped in black and gold, pp. v, [6]- 304. The covers proclaim this to be a volume in the "Girls' Select Library". Old county library stamps lighly applied in three places, endpapers considerably darkened, three large numbers faintly written on front free endpaper, page edges tanned, light spatter to top page edge, else very good or better with the covers quite bright and showing only light wear and rubbing. An attractive late Victorian edition..
