Scarce and fascinating account of Abraham Lincoln's accession to the Presidency profusely illustrated with numerous b/w contemporary cartoons, portraits and scenes. Moderate age-wear on wrappers with spines age-toned, and minor and sporadic chipping along edges. Inside of fly leaf inscribed by previous owner. Wrappers in overall good, bindings and interior in very good condition.
