Set in 12 pt. Linotype De Vinne, it was printed on all rag paper in an edition of 1250 copies, of which none is for sale."--Colophon. The wording indicates that this edition was probably issued in 1948, as was the limited edition issued by Rutgers University Press. Sources (p. [65]).
