US: Government Printing Office, 1941. Hardcover. Very Good. Navy cloth over boards with gilt titling in gilt rule compartment to front board; debossed rule to boards. Light scattered soiling to margins throughout; soiling to gutters of pages 15-17; soiling and foxing to endpapers; blue stamp to front pastedown. Text block is foxed. Boards are lightly scuffed with bumping to edges, corners and ends of spine. Binding is tight and square.
