New York: Simon & Schuster, 1982. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Bright, tight and crisp copy with very light wear to corners of boards and spine ends. Bottom page ends have remainder mark. Dust jacket has slight creasing on edges and a small closed tear on bottom front edge. Spine ends have some chipping and a liitle tearing. Back cover has long ragged crease next to fold at bottom edge.
