Outer wrappers a bit age toned and slightly soiled, with a blind-embossed institutional stamp at upper right of front wrapper. The grandson of Revolutionary patriot and Continental Congress president John Jay uses the occasion of this patriotic speech to the then-current Civil War. First edition.
