New York: Thomas Y. Crowell. Very Good- in Good+ dust jacket. 1977. First US Edition. Hardcover. 0690016816 . Brown boards with bright gilt titling to the spine. In the original publisher's pictorial dustjacket. The boards are VG except that they are scuffed on the top and bottom edges. The dustjacket is not price clipped but although complete it has some closed tears/chipping to the head/tail of the d/j spine. The page fore-edges are slightly marked. Internally No Inscriptions or Marks. Unpaginated. Introduction in English. Articles in English (Translated) and the illustrations - which are throughout the book in b/w and Colour - are in German with English subtitle explanations. Der Adler (The Eagle) was the German military propaganda magazine for the German Airforce - The Luftwaffe - and was originally written in German. Overall a Clean, Tight near VG copy. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall .
