New York: Dodd, Mead and Company, 1916. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. First American edition. Illustrated blue cloth binding, a light scattering of small light spots across both boards and titles a little faded, small bump to the top edge but cloth remains untorn, but remaining neat and attractive still. Hinge firm, no inscriptions. A very light damp mark to the top corner of pages which becomes less and less visible, disappearing by page 48. No spots of foxing internally, pages smooth and clear, with fold out map at the rear of the book.
