James Barrie. Very Good+. 1951. Uncorrected Proof. Softcover. A rare uncorrected proof in plain wrappers with writing on front cover - Proof Only Not for Paper. The proof supposedly send to The Times, who send it to Naomi Lewis, a British poet, essayist, literary critic, anthologist and reteller of children stories. She often did articles for various newspapers including The Times. A laid in flier from the Times requesting a 1200 word review from her. Proof has various cutout illustrations glued in. In about VG+ condition. Unusual copy with provenance. .
