London: Neville Spearman, 1973. Gold title on brown boards which are clean and unmarked with no wear. Internally there is a small inscription to front endpaper, a touch of light foxing to fore edge, else clean, tight and unmarked. Dustjacket is price clipped. Translated from the Italian by Gavin Gibbons. Amadeus Voldben is the pseudonym of Amedeo Rotondi (1908-1999) an Italian writer on esoteric subjects. This work traces the course of prophecy down the ages, many of them from documents which have hitherto been almost unknown. [The spine and dustjacket spell his name as Woldben but the title page shows Voldben.] Loosely included is an August 1965 booklet reviewing 'The Crystal Ball' by Ruth Montgomery which is a biography of Jeane Dixon. **** NOT EX LIB **** A1E.
