Hardcover. ; Green cloth cover has a small splattering of faint foxing but clean, bright, and in very good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Page edges are foxed and soiled. Pages are clean and pristine. Book has never been cracked open. Rare Wenck dust jacket has light shelf rubbing but near pristine. Publisher's price of $18.50 on DJ flap. .
